Candidate Requirements :

  • Active Michigan Licensure Required
  • Minimum Board Status : Board Certified / Board Eligible (Will consider Family medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians)
  • Required Certification : BLS

  • Average Number of Patients per Day : 20
  • Number of Physicians in Practice : 2
  • Provider will not work solo
  • Locum provider will not be required to supervise APP
  • Number of Exam rooms : 3
  • No OB patients
  • Services Available On-site : Laboratory, Urgent Care, Some Radiology
  • EMR : Epic
  • Emergency Supplies Available : AED
  • Patient Population : Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
  • Required General Procedures : EKG Interpretation
  • Required Medicine Procedures : Small outpatient procedure if physician is comfortable
  • Required Pediatric Procedures : General Outpatient; Other physician is willing to see all pediatric patients if locum is not comfortable
  • Est Credentialing timeframe : 30 days
