• What You'll Do as Clinic Director :
• Lead, mentor, and support a skilled clinical and administrative team
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• Drive clinic growth through community outreach and performance management
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and learning-centered clinic culture
• Support ongoing professional development for staff and new graduates
• What We're Looking For :
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• (DPT required)
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• preferred
• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but strong clinicians ready for a leadership step are encouraged to apply
• Commitment to patient-centered care and team development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Pay : $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
