General Cardiologist - AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiology at Orlando

Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is looking for a General Cardiologist to join our well-established practice at AdventHealth Orlando. The practice consists of 14 physicians, General, Interventional and Electrophysiology, as well as advanced practice providers. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced cardiologists and new fellows.

This position will provide some inpatient coverage at AdventHealth Orlando, recognized as the #1 Hospital in Central Florida, by US News and World Report.

Responsibilities

• Availability to perform diagnostic catheterizations (not required)
• Perform nuclear and stress tests
• Average 18-25 patients in clinic per full-day
• 1 in 7 weekend hospital coverage, with 1 service week rotation every 7 weeks
• Hospital census varies; average 18-35 patients, supported by APPs
• 1 night per week of hospital call
