Essential Functions :
- Establish and maintain effective communication with physicians, clinical staff, and other departments
- Implement treatment plans in full compliance with state board guidelines and professional standards
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns to ensure a high standard of care and satisfaction
- Accurately document patient care and progress in accordance with state practice acts
- Serve as the primary treatment team member for assigned caseloads
- Adhere to OSHA and infection control regulations and departmental policies
- Assist in training and mentoring Physical Therapy Technicians
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
