Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and ensure their mental health and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individual needs and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment teams to create individualized treatment plans.
- Set measurable goals tailored to individual needs.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
- Maintain consistent contact and follow-up to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately and within timeframes established by company policy.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
- Continuously update knowledge of best practices and new treatment methodologies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.Experience working with children and families is preferred and may include internships or volunteer work.Must meet state-specific licensure or registration requirements.Be Well with HCA :
