Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and ensure their mental health and well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify individual needs and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment teams to create individualized treatment plans.
• Set measurable goals tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Maintain consistent contact and follow-up to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately and within timeframes established by company policy.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
• Continuously update knowledge of best practices and new treatment methodologies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
