Job description

Job Title : Hematology Oncologist (J-1 or H-1B accepted)

Location : Greenville, NC

Salary Range : $520-625K (negotiable)

  • Focus on both academic and community-based oncology practice.
  • Sub-specialty clinical focus available at the Greenville location.
  • Community-based oncology care provided at regional cancer clinics across the network.
  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM 5 PM schedule with shared call.
  • Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including :
  • Developing treatment plans for new hematology oncology diagnoses.
  • Chemotherapy oversight.
  • Supervising advanced practice providers for follow-up care.
  • Participating in tumor boards.

Collaboration and Facilities :

  • Hospital privileges at a Level 1 Trauma, 974-bed academic medical center and regional hospitals.
  • Participation in a 9-hospital cancer care system with 5 COC-accredited sites sharing a common medical record.
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including :
  • Gamma Knife, Cyber Knife, Trubeam Linear Accelerators.
  • 3D Mammography, 3 MT MRI, Ultrasound, and comprehensive radiology services.
  • Multidisciplinary team includes specialists in :
  • Radiation oncology, surgical oncology, gynecologic oncology, neuro-oncology.
