Receptionist- Keuka Lake School

Mozaic (a Chapter of The Arc NY) is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Receptionist at Keuka Lake School in Penn Yan!

As a key member of the Keuka Lake School team, this position provides vital reception, clerical, and program support to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for staff, students, and families. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors with professionalism, enforcing building security protocols, and keeping the entrance and office areas neat and organized. This role also involves handling interagency mail, performing accurate data entry and typing tasks for staff, maintaining well-organized filing systems (both electronic and paper), and acting as a liaison between the school and external departments or agencies. Additional duties include completing monthly daycare subsidy timesheets, scheduling tours and appointments, conducting reference checks for potential employees, and providing daily meal counts to the lunch provider. The position supports special events such as graduations and open houses, and always maintains the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with Mozaic, KLS, and all federal and state regulations. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a warm, professional presence are essential for success in this dynamic and rewarding role.

Pay Range : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Location : 240 North Ave Penn Yan

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 am - 3 pm

40 hours per Week

Qualifications :

High school diploma. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must be well-versed in word processing, technology, and computer software.

Must possess a valid N.Y.S. driver's license
