Position Summary :
Operations Support Specialist
Assistant to the Director of Operations from supporting center operations to coordinating events, youll help ensure everything runs smoothly across Care-O-World.
Competitive Pay : Starting at$10.65 to $15.00 per hour, based on your education and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Operations to execute plans across all Care-O-World centers.
- Help plan and organize staff engagement events and community activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, schedules, and events.
- Step in where needed to support day-to-day operations.
Skills :
Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in operations, administration, or event coordination preferred.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events.Travel Requirements
This role supports multiple Care-O-World centers and requires travel between locations and nearby counties. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clear driving record are required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel.
Schedule :
8-hour day, 5-day workweek (unless other arrangements are approved by the Director of Operations or Executive Director).Training & Responsibilities :
Training to become a certified CPR / First Aid Instructor will be provided.Once certified, youll lead monthly CPR / First Aid trainings for Care-O-World staff.Must be able to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Provide administrative coverage and support at other Care-O-World locations as needed.Decision-Making Authority
Adhere to all Care-O-World policies and procedures.Ensure the smooth operation of centers maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization across all environments (classrooms, playgrounds, and buildings).Adapt your daily routine to meet the needs of the company.Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, families, and staff.Collaborate with all center teams to keep things running Smart, Kind, and Playful.Ability To :
