Job Title : Registered Nurse - MICU Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?) : Columbus, OH (onsite) Contract Duration : 13 weeks Work Hours : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30) Total Weekly Hours : 36 Job Title : Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) Registered Nurse - Nights Schedule : 3x12's / 36 Hours / Every Other Weekend On-call : None Estimated Patient Ratios : 1 : 1-2 Experience Required : Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU experience. EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Certifications Required : BCLS ACLS NIHSS AHA Certifications only Skills Required : Proficient in IV start Experience with telemetry Competency with ventilators Preferred Qualifications : Previous travel nursing experience Proficiency in EPIC documentation system Specialized Experience in : Multisystem Organ Failure Respiratory Failure COVID Sepsis Post-Cardiac Arrest Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) Liver Failure Renal Failure Special Procedures / Unit Details : Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia Externalized IV Pumps for COVID Patients Special Equipment Knowledge : NxStage CRRT Alaris IV Pump GE Cardiac Monitor GE Ventilator Boom Lift in Each Patient Room EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
