As a Senior Manager, Product Leader in Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AM&C) practice, you will operate far beyond the boundaries of traditional product management. You are a general manager-@type operator empowered to own our clients' new digital product initiatives and startup-like ventures as if they were your own, while engaging directly with the C-suite and senior executives. Your mandate is to drive both strategy and execution, frame opportunities at the executive level, and deliver market-defining growth for client products and platforms.

You will :

• Frame opportunities at the executive level : Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into clear strategic options and actionable product strategies. Unlock funding (both client-side and internally, when appropriate), articulate trade-offs, and drive alignment with leadership at the client and Deloitte.
• Act as a general manager : Take accountability for validating market opportunities, shaping new business models, and ensuring successful, cross-functional execution-from product and engineering through design and go-to-market.
• Build AI fluency and PoV within the organization : Take a leading role exploring and investigating AI and other edge technologies, advocate for the right technologies to adopt within the organization and at our clients, and work with the learning and development teams to ensure healthy adoption.
• Wear multiple hats : Combine the structured thinking of a consultant, the hands-on leadership of a forward-deployed engineer, and the adaptability of an entrepreneur to deliver results in evolving environments.
• Prove it through experience : Bring a proven record of building digital products or companies from ideation through launch; provide concrete case studies and metrics demonstrating business impact and operational leadership.
• Lead product strategy and implementation : Champion innovative product ideas, develop vision and competitive positioning, and oversee product roadmap development and execution. Balance tactical delivery with long-term strategy, prioritizing product features and iterations using Agile best practices.
• Collaborate and communicate : Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to inspire, influence, and drive consensus around bold product decisions, from backlog development to release and scale. Prepare and deliver executive-level product strategy presentations.
• Drive impact through analytics and experimentation : Define and monitor KPIs / OKRs, lead data-driven decision-making, and implement experimentation / A / B testing to optimize user engagement and product performance.

Working closely with Deloitte's multidisciplinary teams-engineers, designers, strategists, and business leaders-you will own the end-to-end success of digital products that fuel our clients' biggest growth opportunities and enhance customer experiences.

The team

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in product management, business strategy, or venture operations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading end-to-end engineering product strategy and implementation for software or technology solutions.

Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership or general management role for digital products.

Built and launched at least one digital product or venture from concept to market adoption.

Led at least two AI or emerging technology adoption initiatives.

Direct management of cross-functional teams of at least 6 members, spanning engineering, design, marketing, and / or analytics, with responsibility for team development and performance management.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

Prior experience launching and scaling startups, ventures, or new business units inside large organizations.

Technical proficiency-comfortable with software engineering concepts, architecture trade-offs, and solutioning.

Hands-on expertise implementing product analytics, establishing KPIs / OKRs, and driving data-informed iterations; can cite at least two examples of A / B testing or experimentation that led to improved product outcomes.

Minimum 3 years' experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint leadership, and release planning for digital products.

Background combining consulting, hands-on product leadership, and entrepreneurial achievement.

Proven ability to shape, validate, and execute new business models-should have led the go-to-market strategy and financial planning for a new product, including securing internal / external funding or investment.

Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing C-suite executives or senior client stakeholders in strategic decision-making @contexts.
