Intune Endpoint Engineer

1. 5+ years of desktop or technical support in enterprise or MSP environments (troubleshooting, communication, customer service, escalated tickets experience)

2. In-depth knowledge and experience (3+ years) with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and MDM (mobile device management) platforms for iOS and android

3. Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scription for support automation (3+ years)

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate
• CompTIA A+ or Network+

Working Conditions

• Occasional travel (up to 10%) to branch or remote sites (some extended may be required on occasion)

• Occasional overtime or after-hours work for critical support or system updates.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
