Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced ERP & Manufacturing Systems Analyst to optimize supply chain and manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and support strategic business objectives. In this role, you will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that improve performance across the organization. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Apply business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and defect tracking for IT systems supporting supply chain and manufacturing.
Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure IT projects meet requirements and gain necessary approvals.
Document and communicate test results, compliance findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Assess current IT systems, identify opportunities for system integration, automation, and enhancements to improve efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT development teams and external vendors to implement and deploy IT solutions.
Analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with MedTech standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA, and GDPR regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely issue resolution, and delivery of solutions.
Address user concerns professionally and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
Strong proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and business intelligence tools.
Experience with testing and validation of healthcare IT systems, including EHRs, medical devices, and clinical software applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with proven process optimization experience.
Experience working in Agile or SCRUM environments preferred.
