Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
• Assist in the assembly, installation, and repair of structural components according to project plans and specifications
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for self and team members
• Collaborate with supervisors and other crew members to coordinate daily tasks and resolve any on-site issues
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner to promote efficiency and safety

Job Type & Location :

This is a permanent position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $93,600.00 / yr. Medical, dental, vision, company-provided life insurance & more! Referral program, 401(k) program, Pay for Performance program, get paid every Friday!
