LHH is actively seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for one of our top clients in Indianapolis, to support their Legal and Corporate Affairs Knowledge & Enablement Management (KEM) team. This is a contract opportunity with our client and will be hybrid (2-3 days per week) to their office in Indianapolis. This position ensures the seamless continuation of knowledge operations workflows through enterprise policy updates, knowledge article publishing, and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Article Management
Support updates and publishing of knowledge content across Confluence and multiple orgs (Org62, Legal Ops, Peopleforce, Supportforce).
Assist with knowledge governance and quality assurance processes.
Contribute to CAP Compass content updates and cross-linking initiatives.
Help maintain AI-ready knowledge formats and structures.
Policy & Documentation Support
Assist with enterprise policy management, updates, and publication in Confluence.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Administrative & Project Support
Manage and track the knowledge request queue, supporting ticketing and workflow optimization.
Assist with management of legal knowledge subscriptions and the Do Not Call list.
Provide regular progress and status updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
Essential Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in knowledge management, legal operations, or a similar field.
Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
Experience with content management systems and documentation workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce platforms and knowledge base management.
Familiarity with legal or compliance documentation.
Background in policy management or governance.
Understanding of AI / agent content preparation best practices.
Success Metrics
Consistent and accurate maintenance of knowledge article publishing schedules.
Timely completion of enterprise policy updates and compliance-related documentation.
Effective management of request queues and ticket resolution.
Clear, organized handoff documentation to support team continuity post-contract.
Pay Details : $36.00 to $45.00 per hour
