Overview Our client, a creative agency, is looking to hire an Experiential Producer on a freelance basis, ASAP!

Responsibilities Lead the production of events from concept through post-event wrap

Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor communications

Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to develop and execute engaging experiences

Source and manage third-party partners and platforms as needed

Oversee quality control across deliverables and ensure all elements meet brand and project goals

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain clear documentation throughout the production process

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in experiential production

Proven ability to manage complex projects remotely and independently

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
