Job Description

Project Coordination, Schedule Management, Budget and Cost Control, Documentation and Reporting, Subcontractor and Vendor Management, Quality Control, Communication, Risk and Safety Management.

The Successful Applicant

The Sr. Project Manager in K-12 construction plays a vital role in delivering educational facilities that meet the needs of students, educators, and the community. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of school construction projects simultaneously. The Sr. PM ensures that all construction activities align with the project's timeline, budget, and quality standards. They work closely with the project team, school administrators, and key stakeholders to maintain clear communication, effective coordination, and timely resolution of any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
