About the Role

The Estate Planning Attorney will work directly with clients to design and implement thoughtful, customized estate plans. You’ll draft a variety of legal documents, provide trusted guidance on trust and estate administration, and advise on related areas such as asset protection and tax planning. This role offers exposure to sophisticated matters and the chance to make a lasting impact by helping clients protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Consult with and advise clients on estate planning strategies, including asset protection, charitable giving, entity formation, and tax considerations, based on their situation and goals.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and financial professionals on complex matters.
• Guide clients through trust and estate administration, probate, and related proceedings.
• Stay informed on developments in estate and tax law to ensure the highest quality counsel.
