Start the new year on the coast! Boater’s World Marine Centers in Bradenton, FL is now accepting applications for Marine Technicians / Outboard Mechanics to join our top-performing Gulf Coast service team for the 2026 season.

We’re interviewing throughout the remainder of 2025 for January 2026 start dates — but highly qualified A-Techs with multiple manufacturer certifications may be eligible for an earlier start.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and rig outboard and inboard systems with precision.
• Perform OEM-level service, installations, and upgrades using factory parts and accessories.
• Conduct safety inspections, lake / sea tests, and ensure high-quality performance standards.
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Identify and recommend additional services to enhance performance and reliability.
• Keep accurate records and maintain an organized, efficient work area.
