As a Studio Manager (SM), you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales and group personal training teams in our facilities. This critical position requires a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence. The SM must execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness program sales and promote the health and wellness benefits associated with a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high-caliber approach to coaching and staff development, be familiar with the local community, and love the brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and exceed all OTF sales and operational budgetsLead and coordinate sales initiatives such as pre-sale events, studio events, and outreachOversee the sales process and systemsManage, monitor, coach, develop, and evaluate all OTF-related managers and staffEnsure compliance with OTF Business Policies for daily operationsOversee hiring, training, and scheduling of studio staffRecruit and onboard new employeesOptimize class sizes through effective schedulingCreate a high-energy culture with contests and incentivesLead by example in all studio activitiesTrain and mentor staff for ongoing success and growthMaintain brand consistency in all actionsEmpower and evaluate sales and fitness team responsibilitiesHandle disciplinary actions as neededMeet performance metrics such as KPIs, revenue, inventory, payroll, and facilities maintenanceDrive sales through outreach programsOPERATIONAL DUTIES
Conduct 30-60-90 day and annual performance reviewsEnforce corporate policies and systemsEnsure proper functioning of front desk systems and customer service standardsPlan and promote monthly studio events for outreach and community involvementMaintain the facility's cleanliness and operational conditionJOB QUALIFICATIONS
Proven sales leadership experience is REQUIREDExcellent leadership and management skillsMinimum 2-3 years of sales experienceMinimum 2-3 years of management experience, including staff oversightExperience in the health & fitness industry preferredStrong work ethic, integrity, and professionalismExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle client and staff concernsProficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of management experience preferredTeam-oriented and flexible to work various hoursPassion for fitness and health is strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
