Active Respiratory Therapist license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a respected healthcare facility in Chicago, IL.

Details : 36hours per week

13-week assignment

• 3x12 hournight shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Provide advanced respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in the PICU, NICU, and CCU.

Manage ventilators, administer medications, and perform diagnostic respiratory procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Respond to emergency situations and provide airway management as needed.

Requirements :

Active Illinois RRT License.

BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (AHA preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of RRT experience in pediatric critical care (PICU / NICU / CCU) required.

Must have recent acute care pediatric experience within the current year.

Strong clinical skills in mechanical ventilation, airway management, and critical care procedures.
