Job Summary : The Sanitation Lead will be responsible for ensuring a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role will supervise and coordinate the Sanitation Shift personnel and ensure that daily assignments are completed. Work as a team member with other department supervisors / managers to enforce the Food Safety Program and coordinate with the QC Department to ensure that corrective actions regarding sanitation are accomplished to ensure that the highest quality product is being provided to our customers.

PPE - Hair and beard net, chemical-resistant and anti-slippery rubber boots, safety glasses, face shield, earplugs, bump hard cap, chemical-resistant overalls and gloves with long sleeves, and apron.
