Job description

A company is looking for an Operations Assistant for a 4-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

Address merchant and delivery partner issues with empathy and urgency via various communication channels

Proactively identify potential operational failures and implement mitigation strategies

Execute workflows to meet exceptional service level agreements (SLAs) and share insights for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service, preferably in tech, hospitality, or healthcare

Fluency in English with strong technical proficiency

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

Familiarity with Google Sheets and other tech tools
