Arc Health is seeking physicians with Emergency Medicine experience to assist an Emergency Department in Kayenta, AZ, serving the native Navajo community.

Shifts
: Flexible schedules, offering options such as :
7 AM to 7 PM (day shifts)
9 AM to 9 PM (morning)
11 AM to 11 PM (afternoon)
2 PM to 2 AM (evening shifts)
7 PM to 7 AM (night shifts)
Annual Volume
: 18 000 patients
Duties Include
Major trauma cases, including fractures of multiple extremities, stab wounds, open wounds of the chest, abdomen, and extremities; penetrating trauma; head trauma; suspected spinal injuries; lacerations; amputations
Major medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrest, myocardial infarction, respiratory failure, shock, diabetic ketoacidosis
Obstetrical emergencies, including deliveries of single or multiple births, acute pregnancy complications, and vaginal bleeding
Pediatric emergencies (25% of patient volume)
Requirements
Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice, with at least 18 months of experience
Hold a valid medical license from any U.S. state or territory
Certifications : Required-
ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS; NRP and ALSO strongly recommended for Family Practice-trained providers
