Do you have a strong background in sales and service, with a keen interest in the healthcare and health insurance industry? What Will You Be Doing?

• Provide top-notch service to our members, resolving issues and answering questions related to healthcare, health insurance, and related topics.
• Educate members on self-service tools and guide them to value-based providers.
• Host customer video appointments and generate leads for new sales and sales of replacement and add-on products.
• Identify and contact at-risk customers, developing and executing retention strategies that meet their needs.
• Analyze prospect needs and match them to our products, conducting plan comparisons and facilitating the application process.
• Promote and facilitate APO enrollment and set-up, ensuring new customers receive orientations and information on self-service and shopping tools.
• Sell health and ancillary insurance products to Florida individual consumers and small groups

Typical Hourly Pay Range : $20 - $25

Hourly Pay Range : $20 - $33

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
