Job Description

As a Security Guard - Flex Dispatch Driver in Wichita, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more.

As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Dispatch Officer in an aero and defense location, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring, coordinating, and communicating vital information to on-site teams. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence, conducting routine patrols, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
