Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for projects located in Scottsdale, AZ . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35-40 / hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope :

• Concrete cutting, coring and drilling
• Utilize specialized equipment such as core drills, diamond-tipped bits and saws to cut precise holes and openings in concrete structures
• Perform routine maintenance on coring equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate records of work performed including the location and dimensions of core holes, drilling depths and any unusual conditions encountered during coring operations
• Conduct inspections to verify the accuracy and cleanliness of coring work
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during coring operations such as equipment malfunctions or unexpected challenges in the concrete structure
