Summary :

• The Staff Physical Therapists provides patient care assessment and treatment. Identify, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease / prevent deformity. Responsible for mentoring Therapists, Assistants, Technicians, and Students. Collaborates with other healthcare team members and physicians in a multi-disciplinary fashion to deliver the highest quality of care. Participates in CQI activities. Facilitates the provision of excellent customer service.
• EDUCATION
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• EXPERIENCE
• None
• LICENSURE / REGISTRATION / CERTIFICATION
• Current NC Board of Physical Therapy license or eligible.
• OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Analytical abilities to delegate personnel, problem solve with positive solutions. Good interpersonal and communication skills required to facilitate interactions with stated customers and staff members.
