Incremental Marketing Measurement / Campaign Analytics Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Incremental Marketing Measurement / Campaign Analytics Manager to drive data-driven decision-making in our marketing efforts.

This role is responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using experimental design, causal inference techniques, and advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, data science, and business intelligence teams to optimize media investments and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Frame and translate business questions into appropriate measurement plans that will inform strategic and tactical business decisions for go-to-market planning.

Recommend and develop methodologies for measurement.

Execute measurement approaches, analyses, and experiments that explain the incremental impact of marketing on core success metrics and KPIs and inform business decisions.

Effectively communicate results and related findings to stakeholders by preparing presentations and identifying key takeaways.

Program manage analytics projects for Client's Music Premium marketing.

Experience (Mandatory) :

6 years of experience in marketing analytics and campaign measurement methodologies, including hands-on experience designing, scoping, executing and delivering marketing campaign effectiveness measurement on business outcomes.

6 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.

Experience working on a cross-functional team, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Required skills : Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Campaign Measurement, Measurement and Attribution, & Communication.

Experience (Desired) :

Prior marketing insights experience working in CPG, tech, retail, TV, media, music, subscription services.

Understanding of advanced analytics methods : matched market tests, marketing mix modelling.

Experience with statistical software such as R, SPSS, Python, SQL, or similar tools.

Experience building user-facing data dashboards.

Preferred skills : Consumer Research, SQL, R, SPSS, Python, & Dashboards.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
