Job descriptionStructured training program Licensing help for unlicensed candidates Flexible work schedule Commission-only role with daily carrier pay Bonus potential Leads and ongoing mentorship included Part-Time : $1,500–$3,000 / month Full-Time : $3,000–$7,000+ / month Goal-driven and coachable individuals Strong communication skills Independent and self-disciplined Willing to obtain state license (support available) Must be 18+ and live in the U.S. Background check required Computer, phone, and internet access Must be 18 years or older U.S. resident (currently hiring in the U.S. only) Must be able to pass a background check Willing to obtain a Life & Health insurance license (we help with this) Comfortable working remotely with internet access Strong communication skills Self-motivated and coachable Remote work – work from anywhere Flexible schedule – set your own hours No income cap – performance-based pay Access to warm leads – no cold calling Daily pay from top-rated insurance carriers Bonus structure available Licensing support for new agents Team mentorship & leadership development Potential to grow your own agency
