Hiring for a Maintenance Technician

Hours : 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm

Pay : Up to 30 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to provide technical assistance and resolution for electrical or engineering problems encountered during construction projects. This role involves assembling electrical systems, collaborating with engineers, and maintaining control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical assistance and resolve electrical or engineering issues encountered before, during, and after construction.
• Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes using engineering data and principles.
• Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to identify and solve developmental problems.
• Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
• Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units.
• Install, repair, modify, and upgrade industrial control systems, including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
• Prepare project cost and work-time estimates as needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness of the work area.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
