As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Melissa Walter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to obtain property & Casualty producer license
