Responsibilities

  • Prepare and calibrate machinery according to production specifications, load materials, and operate the equipment to produce goods.
  • Continuously monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met, inspecting finished products for defects, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication on machinery. Troubleshoot issues, identify malfunctions, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure workflow efficiency.
