Speech Language Pathologist

York Hospital is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Team!

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist. This is a part time position working as needed between the hours of 8am-6 : 00pm, but may require flexibility with office hours. This will be for inpatient / outpatient as well.

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for :

• Providing speech therapy services to pediatric patients.
• The Speech Therapist makes an initial evaluation and plans with patient, family and physician for on-going Speech Therapy services.
• Initiates, reviews and implements the Speech Therapy Care Plan for each patient based on the assessment and prescribed Plan of Care.
• Revises Plan of Care when indicated.
• Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative Speech Therapy procedures.
