American Self Storage (NC) is hiring a multi-site tech for our Durham, Knightdale, Fuquay / Sanford, and Clayton clusters. Youll turn / repair units, maintain gates / access control (DoorKing, Sun), handle light HVAC checks, keep grounds sharp, and coordinate vendors for big jobs. 4-day workweek (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), no overnights, paid travel time >

1 hr one-way, company vehicle / phone / uniforms, training available. Must have maintenance experience, valid license, pass drug + background checks. Growth path to Lead Tech / Facilities Manager.
