Boingo is looking for an RFP / Proposal Manager who will lead the development of high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals that showcase our expertise and drive business growth.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll collaborate across teams to gather information, craft compelling narratives, and deliver polished proposals on time. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strong project management, excellent cross-functional skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into persuasive, customer-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic approach for each RFP / RFI response, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiencies, enhance content, and align RFP / proposal responses to scoring metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align proposal strategy with business objectives.
• Conduct competitor research and analyze FOIA responses to inform positioning.
