General / Sales Manager Responsibilities :

  • Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team, Internet Sales and Finance Managers
  • Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and / or Pre-Owned Vehicles
  • Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
  • Establish and maintain performance standards
  • General Sales Manager Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in an automotive Sales Manager role
  • Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
  • Must be able to lead by example
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
  • A strong work ethic
  • Sales Manager Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of automotive sales management or team lead experience
  • Proven ability to close sales
  • Customer focused with the ability to "think on your feet"
  • Ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
