THE TYPE OF LEAD HVAC INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, working 8 AM to 5 PM , with overtime available. You will be dispatched daily to job sites from your home, eliminating the need to report to a central location before starting your day. You will service projects within 50 minutes of our Hellertown home base.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead the installation of complete HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, ductless systems, and IAQ products from start to finish. You will manage and mentor installation helpers and apprentices, ensuring safety, productivity, and high-quality workmanship on every job site. You will communicate directly with customers to explain system operations, answer questions, and provide a professional and clean finished installation. You will perform system start-ups, verify airflow and refrigerant charge, and complete all required documentation through Payzerware or other job forms. You will work closely with office, warehouse, and service staff to ensure smooth scheduling, proper materials, and continuous improvement in processes and service quality.
