Fleet Operations Supervisor

We operate a 16-unit mixed fleet - power units, tank trailers, dry vans, minibulk, and straight trucks - along with supporting equipment like pumps, pallet jacks, and liftgates. We're looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into a role that goes beyond routine dispatching.

What You'll Do :

• Coordinate drivers daily - assign routes, communicate load details, and support them while on the road.
• Plan and adjust routes to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, and meet customer commitments.
• Work closely with drivers, sales, and operations to align schedules and ensure trucks are filled and utilized.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for trucks, trailers, pumps, pallet jacks, and liftgates.
• Maintain compliance by updating logs, inspections, and records in our fleet management system.
• Track and report key performance metrics : on-time deliveries, driver compliance, and fleet uptime.
• Play an active role in shaping and scaling our growing transportation business.
