$120,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

Senior Recruiter at Equiliem Staffing Services Inc

Lead efforts to optimize production efficiency, reliability, and yield across Zinc and Copper operations
Analyze process data and performance trends to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives
Develop, implement, and manage maintenance and reliability programs that keep critical equipment running at peak performance
Troubleshoot day-to-day process and equipment issues in real time
Partner with operations and maintenance to improve SOPs, best practices, and run conditions
Support quality and production reporting, including key KPIs and continuous improvement recommendations
Drive initiatives focused on process safety, consistency, and cost reduction
Serve as the go-to technical resource for process issueswithout direct reports or management responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Chemical Engineering degree required

78+ years of process engineering experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing

Pharma experience may translate well;

Strong experience improving process reliability, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems

Comfortable as a hands?on, sole contributor who owns their space and collaborates cross?functionally

Able to work onsite and be embedded with the plant teams
