Position Highlights

  • Lead a team, inspire growth, and shape the future of our Orlando office.
  • Spearhead roadway design projects for FDOT and municipal clients from inception to completion.
  • Be the face of our firm in key client meetings and public forums, driving business growth initiatives.
  • Forge strong client relationships while directing multidisciplinary teams to success.
  • Mentor and nurture a team while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Disciplines, including roadway drainage, structures, and survey to name a few.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s a plus.
  • Florida PE license is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of experience in roadway design and project management with FDOT and municipalities.
  • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and office operations.
  • Successful track record in client-facing roles and securing new business.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation / ORD and 3D Corridor Modeling is highly preferred.
