Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead our logistics team. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth warehouse processes while optimizing costs and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :

• Lead and manage the shipping & receiving team.
• Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams.
• Implement safety procedures and optimize warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Generate performance reports and maintain ERP systems.
