As the Senior Strategy & Business Manager, you will develop and oversee Store Brand strategic plans and collaborate across the organization to deliver business results. You will be tasked with achieving projected results through strong business management, mitigation development and cross-functional partnership.
You will be an important contributor within the Store Brands organization, focused on analyzing the business, developing growth strategies for CVS Health's private label products, and supporting the needs of the product and teams. You will possess a deep understanding of the business to identify and track results while advocating to the team to unlock new sources of growth. Cross-functional partnership development will be imperative as you will need to objectively identify the needs of the total category when building recommendations. Store Brands is a factor in differentiation and profitability for CVS Health and the ability to grow our business in meaningful ways will be visible at the highest levels. This is an important role for supporting our Enterprise goals as well as the needs of our customers.
Your job responsibilities will be :
Develop an informed strategic point of view and influence partners, including senior leaders while staying up-to-date with the customer and trends
Support BU level roadmap by uncovering opportunities for sales and margin growth through deep understanding of P&L ownership utilizing customer insights, market data and CVS point of sales data
Support creation of new products to increase customer loyalty, promote incremental profit and brand differentiation
Develop and refine the multi-year strategy for CVS Store Brands

Pay Range :
The typical pay range for this role is :
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
