SuccessFactors Developer

Must-Have Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors development, with a focus on Employee Central.
• Proven experience with integration, especially with Oracle databases.
• Strong knowledge of LMS and Performance and Goals modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
