Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Peterborough, NH (New Hampshire travel nursing jobs)

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit : Med / Surg Telemetry (Medical Surgical Telemetry)

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 1 / 2025 – End : 3 / 2 / 2026)

Weekend Rotation : Required

Number of Positions : 2

Holiday Coverage : Must be willing to work at least one major holiday if scheduled (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,930 - $2,070

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire

Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications

Previous travel nursing experience preferred

BSN preferred

PALS and Tele Strip experience preferred

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required

Ability to float to other hospital units as needed

Proficient in reading vital signs and administering injections / vaccinations

Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)

Willingness to limit requested time off (RTO) to 5 days during assignment

Med / Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry setting

Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry strips

Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered

Document patient care and assessments using EMR systems

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Float to other nursing units as required

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
