Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operational Adherence : Follow cash handling procedures. Greet guests, complete sales transactions and perform other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team. Maintain organizational standards of quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation and safety.
• Maintain product knowledge : Know the products, presentations, and prices of all products and specials.
• Complete cleaning and stocking (restocking) duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
• Prepare and / or restock any necessary fresh condiments.
• Responsible for the proper use of gloves, utensils, and portion size of each item, including temperature of all products, and the quality presentation of all products.
• Greet guests. Engage in additional conversation with guest while performing duties. Assist other stations when able.
• Opening, Shift Change and Closing : Perform cleaning, set-up and breakdown duties as directed by management and position requirements.
• Ensure inventory control / protection of organizational assets.
• Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
