Job Summary : The Bankruptcy Automation Specialist is responsible for the accurate preparation and review of Bankruptcy forms, specifically Proof of Claim Form 410A for mortgage loans in bankruptcy. This role requires deep knowledge of escrow analysis, Chapter 13 plans, payment history auditing, and system-based quality control to ensure all claims are compliant, accurate, and timely.

Key Accountabilities :

• Process incoming referrals.
• Create boarding templates for various clients consistently and accurately.
• Performs QC for any outgoing work to all clients.
• Performs testing for newly onboarded clients.
• Identifies issues within current processes and notifies management.
• Engages and collaborates with management to improve processes from a system users’ perspective.
• Assists operations teams with data integrity and clean up.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Min Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
