Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic People partner to BU Presidents and senior business leaders, aligning People strategy with growth and performance goals
Lead and develop BU-facing People Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and collaboration with People COEs
Understand and anticipate business priorities and workforce trends to design proactive People solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of HRBPs or HR functional teams
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving business-aligned People initiatives
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
U.S. work authorization required
