What Youll Do

  • Perform service, repairs, and installations for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors
  • Diagnose and resolve exterior issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, teammates, and project managers
  • Maintain detailed records and photos using CompanyCam, Salesforce, and other internal systems
  • Follow safety procedures and uphold our standard of excellence on every project

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in exterior home improvement (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or doors)
  • Strong troubleshooting and finish-work skills
  • Professional communication and customer service
  • Comfortable using technology (or eager to learn our systems)
  • Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
