Job Title : CNC Operator – Machining Tools & Parts

Location : Davenport, IA Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Pay : $16–$19 / hour DOE

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40+ hours

Position Type : Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, inspections, and quality assurance
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings may use measuring devices
• Prepare, load, and secure raw materials onto machines
• Supervise and monitor machine performance during operation Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications

Ability to lift : 50 lbs occasionally 25 lbs frequently 10 lbs consistently Must pass a background check and drug test CNC machining experience preferred, but candidates can be trained if mechanically inclined with some machine operating experience
