From concept to construction, you’ll take full ownership of projects, ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and buildable. Most projects involve renovations in mission-critical environments , where precision and problem-solving skills make all the difference.

What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical system design for new builds and renovations
- Act as assistant project manager , managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct field investigations, code reviews, and site surveys
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Build client relationships and help maintain our 95% referral rate
Qualifications
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related)10–20 years of experience in power distribution, lighting, and controlsProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredStrong skills in AutoCAD or Revit, AGI32, SKM or EasypowerProven leadership and communication skillsFieldwork experience, including the ability to handle site conditionsBonus Points For :
MV (Medium-Voltage) distribution experienceRCDD certificationFederal sector experience (UFC, UFGS, FAR)Existing client relationships in NC / SC, Mid-Atlantic, or South-Central U.S.Knowledge of higher education and NC State Construction Office systemsMust Have :
U.S. Citizenship (due to government project access)
